Mack the Fire Guy came to our camp after breakfast and told us of the fire dangers of RV living.\u00a0 Didn\u2019t totally scare us to death but did make it clear that if you don\u2019t plan an escape and make sure your emergency exits work, you may never find out if you can get out.\u00a0 Again, good to know.\u00a0 Now I know where the propane turn off valve is, I know which windows swing out, how to put out a fire properly and what to take when there is a fire.\u00a0 So it\u2019s true\u2026 you are never too old to learn.\u00a0 Actually, that\u2019s all I\u2019ve been doing since September, learning how to work things I never thought I would want or need.\u00a0 Didn\u2019t know I had any open space left in my brain that wasn\u2019t already filled after all these years\u2026guess I was wrong!<\/p>\n
Went to the RV show this afternoon.\u00a0 One thing about RVers\u2026they are Patriotic, and the capital \u201cP\u201d was no typo.\u00a0 Every group we have been with says the pledge, a prayer and recognizes those who served.\u00a0 One out of three have a huge US flag flying over their RV\u2019s.\u00a0 All are proud of their country and not afraid to show it.\u00a0 We will be picking up our 22 foot pole and US flag tomorrow afternoon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
