3, 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Another chance at doing something fun today.\u00a0 Somehow the fridge fixed itself when John wiggled and banged it around to try to take it out of the frame for repair so we cancelled the repairman.\u00a0 Fed the dogs the BRAT diet and went to breakfast at Magnolia Pancake Haus.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perrellas.com\/?attachment_id=395\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-395\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Magnolia Pancake Haus\" src=\"http:\/\/perrellas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Magnolia-Pancake-Haus-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>YUMMY food and very reasonable.\u00a0 I sure hope we will be doing other fun stuff besides eating as this RV living life is causing my clothes to shrink.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Walked around San Antonio and I got in some practice with our new camera.\u00a0 Too many buttons and switches on it but at least it will keep those bear and moose a good distance away.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perrellas.com\/?attachment_id=397\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-397\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-397\" Mission Concepcion.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perrellas.com\/?attachment_id=355\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-355\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-355\" alt=\"Looks like Vintage Denny's\" src=\"http:\/\/perrellas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Looks-like-Vintage-Dennys-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Drove through the King Williams District and ate lunch at a local Mexican restaurant that we couldn\u2019t get into the last time we visited San Antonio a few years back. \u00a0I took a picture of the lighting fixtures.\u00a0 They reminded me of the old Denny\u2019s d\u00e9cor where I ate when I was a kid.\u00a0 The food was good but nothing special.\u00a0 Glad we didn\u2019t wait through the long line the last time we visited.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perrellas.com\/?attachment_id=400\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-400\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-400\" alt=\"Our waiter making guac at our table\" src=\"http:\/\/perrellas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Our-waiter-making-guac-at-our-table-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Just before going on the riverboat ride, we stopped at our favorite snack restaurant, Boudro\u2019s on the Riverwalk, for made-at-your-table guacamole.\u00a0 Sit outside and you get a poncho to keep you warm and a fun little show if your waiter is in a good mood.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perrellas.com\/?attachment_id=402\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-402\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail the driver.\u00a0 He was a cross between a smart ass and a comedian and we spent the whole ride smiling.\u00a0 It was John\u2019s turn to experiment with the camera and he took the pictures while we
